Penthouse Apartment St Paul's Bay Malta - Sleeps 6
This spacious top-floor penthouse at Sands, St Paul's Bay, sleeps up to six and makes a wonderful base for a group of family or friends on a short-term stay in Malta. It has a large open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area, a comfortable living room with TV and WiFi, and three large bedrooms, each of which can be set up with twin beds or a double as you prefer.
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower and its own private sun terrace. There are two further shower rooms, one directly opposite the two additional bedrooms and one just off the living room, so three shower rooms in total, ideal for a group of six. Best of all, the dining and living room open onto a sun terrace with outdoor seating and dining and a gas barbecue, perfect for a relaxed evening meal together after a day out.
The penthouse is fitted with efficient, silent air conditioning for cooling in summer or heating in the cooler months. Use of the air conditioning is at an additional cost; activation cards can be purchased from our office.
What's provided
The penthouse comes complete with linen and towels. Fresh bed linen is provided once a week for longer stays, and apartment towels are replaced every second day. A cleaning service is available on request at €55 (a wipe-down of the bathrooms and washing of all floors).
Location
You are ideally placed in St Paul's Bay, close to shops, cafés, restaurants and regular bus routes to Valletta, Sliema and the north of the island, so it is easy to get around whether you are here for a holiday, a course or work.
Rates per night
- November to April: €150
- 2027 Easter period (25 March to 5 April): €210
- May to October: €210
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Longer-stay rates are available for companies and groups, please get in touch for a quote.
Airport transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged at €95 each way for 6 persons with standard luggage (one main bag and one small bag each). If you have additional luggage or larger dive bags, we may need to send a luggage van and will quote you for this. Please let us have your flight number if you would like us to book this for you.
Government eco-tax
All guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a government eco-tax of €1.50 per person per night. This is a government-imposed tax, payable in cash to the accommodation provider against a fiscal receipt.
Divers
The penthouse is very popular with diving groups, being just 100 metres from Maltaqua dive centre, with free use of a basement wet room for rinsing and storing dive equipment.
