One Bedroom Studio

These One bedroom holiday studios have an open plan style layout, with a small private balcony.

Our studios offer the choice of either one large double bed or 2 twin beds, a living/ kitchen area with private shower.

Refurbished in January 2025, these apartments have double glazed balcony doors with mosquito nets.
New for 2025 are super silent and energy efficient air conditioning units, which can be used for cooling in the summer time or heating in the colder months.
Use of Air Conditioning is an additional fee,  you can purchase activation cards from our office at Maltaqua.

The apartment comes complete with linen towels and crockery.
Towels are changed every other day.
Extra linen changes can be arranged at a fee of Euro 10 per bed.

Rates for our one bedroom studios

November to April: €50 per night
May to October:  €70 per night

4 night minimum stay

Airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of Euro 40 each way.
Please let us know at least 1 week prior to arrival, including your flight number and estimated arrival time.

Government Eco- Tax
Guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a fee of Euro 0.50c per person per night.
This is a government imposed tax, payable in cash to the accommodation provider against a fiscal receipt.
