Malta is THE ideal location to have a go at free diving, the water is crystal clear and we have some great dive sites to practice in.

This is a session for complete beginners, and takes half a day
We provide you with all your equipment you need.

The Instructor will start by teaching you some basic skills in confined water, followed by a session out in Open water
